The consultative ballot on the 2025/26 pay offer closes at noon on Friday 10 October.
With one week to go in the DWP online consultative ballot on pay PCS members have been telling us why they’ve voted yes.
Today is the first payday of the 2025-26 pay offer. Members will be feeling the strain on finances with the imposition for many of 60% office attendance at the beginning of the September whilst Jobcentre members have no access to hybrid working.
